Lost at the bottom of the sea for over a year, this Canon EOS 1000D was recovered by Markus Thompson while he was scuba diving.  Impressively, he was able to recover 50 photos from the SD card inside!  Through social networking, he tracked down the owner and returned the camera.  What a tough camera & SD card!
